Mr. Rajiv Tandon has been Senior Vice President of Client Relations for Key Accounts'North America of Syntel, Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Tandon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Technosoft Corporation., since March 2005. Mr. Tandon served as Senior Vice President of Verticals, Operations and North American Operations at Syntel Inc. until January 31, 2005. He joined Syntel Inc. in January 1992 as an Account Manager. As a member of the Leadership Team he played a key role in the transformation of Syntel. He has over 21 years of experience in IT & IT enabled services. Mr. Tandon served as Senior Vice President of Global Delivery of Syntel Inc. since January 2001. From January 1999 to December 2000, he served at Syntel Inc. as Vice President of Global Delivery East & Enterprise Solutions. From April 1998 to January 1999, Mr. Tandon served as an Assistant Vice President, Global Delivery Services and from November 1996 to April 1998, he served as Director of Operations for the AIG account. He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Trainee in 1984 and was with them until November 1991. During his tenure with TCS he led several projects and corporate initiatives in India, New Zealand, Japan and USA. He serves as a Director of Technosoft Corporation. Mr. Tandon is a Chartered Accountant by profession.
