What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is a lot of bureaucracy that I've had to deal with. It has made getting things done very hard and time-consuming. The matrix org structure makes it difficult to know who to talk to/when and who has authority. The company strategy is not clear, so individual decision-making is challenging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?we were given like a 3% raise this year. that's just so much lower than i've ever received since starting in the tech field. not even enough to catch up to inflation. no bonuses for everyone either, only high level employees (who already make the most money...) which is another first for me in tech.
