  • If you are Asian or female, it is impossible, no matter how qualified you are. The HR function is the weakest of any fortune 100 company. Culture right now is really bad and the company is bleeding it’s best talent.

  • Most warehouses use targeted selection they basically asked the same questions in different ways and different rooms and the very basic questions to get an idea or a feel for what kind of a person you would be more fit in that type of job
