At the end of my interview they said "you want the job?" And I said yes. The next day I got an email about orientation.

How hard is it to get promoted at Sysco?
If you are Asian or female, it is impossible, no matter how qualified you are. The HR function is the weakest of any fortune 100 company. Culture right now is really bad and the company is bleeding it’s best talent.
Turn over rate is ridiculous people get promoted to quick and don’t now what they doing

We have no Human Resourse. They are100 percent on the company side. Anything that goes wrong is the employees fault and Human Resources will move mountains to protect sysco

Not very, tons of useless technology or the use of it. In a practical real world use it's a waste of time

Most warehouses use targeted selection they basically asked the same questions in different ways and different rooms and the very basic questions to get an idea or a feel for what kind of a person you would be more fit in that type of job

Completely by who Brown noses the best. It’s still clearly an old boys network and whoever is tight with the powers that be get promoted.
