Everyone try’s to be positive

Focus on quality. Mearly treating the employees as fellow humans

What do you like best about the leadership team?

they don't seem to care about their employees and all they seem interested in is corporate greed

focus on the patients and the people who make it all happen not the greed of corporate

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

stop blaming us for not getting all the calls done when we dont have enough people and old equipment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

our equipment is antique the stress level is unhealthy and the health insurance is so expensive you cant afford to eat

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

better equipment, computers, updated phone system, updated server our programs always crash and then we get in trouble for being behind

What are some of the best things about your team?

People try to care about what we do before the soul crushing work ethic of the company starts to ware on the mind and you give up

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

working us so hard we have to take pills to survive the stress. I have to stay seated ruining my health my ankles swell the stress is toxic
