Review from Customer Support Dept

I was part time i didnt have one

I did not get one.

Review from Sales Dept

The position provides stocks and equity that wouldn't be useful at that time range.

I like that as i move up the chain my benifts also go up

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They except so much from you and more but is paying only 15.49

Scheduling people the right way. Getting paid butter having actual working equipment

Review from Sales Dept

Better communication with all managers and higher pay rate

Well I was brought in on a higher pay because of working the late night shift, the minimum wage amount was just raised, but I didn't get a raise, so now I am making minimum wage.

Being oaid what im worth

Compensation because I didn't move fast enough because I didn't know everything that I needed to do because I was not trained properly

I feel like there should be more opportunities for education

After being treated well during the hiring process, things went downhill because of a change in managers and I never really got any information about benefits. My hours were also cut with no possibility of transferring to a place where I could get hours.

Because im told i dont do my job but im always there and have never faild a croe

I feel undervauled as i am constantly facing retaliation for informing on a co worker

Higher pay rate and a better PTO package and consistent scheduling and hours

Recognition goes a long way, and when you feel like you're the only one doing it for your staff and then your higher ups only bring out the bad, it demotivates your staff and hurts the company as a whole. Tired of good people not getting the recognition they deserve.

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone being on the same page

I feel that if they changed the leadership program to actually train the managers right, then they would be making more money because of the positive and honesty of the hard working respectful managers would show.change the entire vibe of tacobell too the one that they advertise. Live mas...

Review from Customer Support Dept

I was told in December i was getting a raise and promotion (back to the position i applied, interviewed, and was offered and have the emails to prove) and have waited now two months doing the job and working the hours while not getting the pay.
