I love the people I work with, the leadership is present and listens to our needs and suggestions. We strive to a goal that we all believe we can achieve with the right work put in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WE have a ton of benefits ranging from different areas. From being fairly paid to wellness and wellbeing benefits with wellness bonuses annually, voluntary days off, a week company shut down in the summer to take a break. Amazing over all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have culture that respects a work life balance. Sure there are times when the work gets really busy but we prep for these times and ensure we have the time to do things, and even when we don't have the time, we pull together to get things done.
