Great tech, but with the many changes over the last year, most of the people I loved working with have left. This has also caused issues with relationships with customers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interview process was way too long
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and customers. Nice snacks I guess.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay, although the way PS structure and pay is arranged is complicated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some of new leadership (not C level) are really out of their depth, and pick on people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really love the PS team I work with and others that are left in my office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel bad saying this, but it feels like that come along a year or so ago, sold the company, and only did it for the check.
