"Team spirit" value is very strong -- everyone is willing to help one another, provide support, answer questions, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market value, but expected responsibilities are beyond the scope of the job description. Employees are expected to take on stretch projects and ownership of extra projects, but compensation does not match these additional responsibilities.
