Collaborative, kind, inclusive, transparent...we try to create a safe space to share our perspectives on things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued..but monetarily and compared to the market, I think I could be making a lot more.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and people I work with. Solving problems, and getting things done - action plans executed on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how they really try to invest in embedding DEIB in the way we work and provide psychological safety. We are also now a Remote First company, which really helps me have a balanced work/life and supports my overall well being.
