My coworkers are all very friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's good, but I do wish we had future stock options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CLT are personable and do well at connecting with the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more organized, streamline communication, have open office hours, respond in a timely manner, take ownership and meet deadlines.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm neutral. I like the flexibility, but having to coordinate with teams around the globe with no consistent office hours is a learning curve.
