It's been an amazing 4 years journey, the most I have spent in one company in my 10 years career. Great opportunities to learn and grow, good internal mobility and happy financial as well, which is also very important. Though I always look forward to Friday's, I'm not dreading my Monday's anymore.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Retirals are not part of my Opportunity to Earn, which in turn improves my take home. Also the quarterly Variable is a good motivator.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Understanding - I'm never distrubed on a weekend or a holiday unless it's absolutely required. Also my team is like a family and we share everything without judgment.
