Since joining, I've been encouraged, rewarded, supported. Is everything perfect, no of course not. But are people pulling in the same direction, YES! We believe in our people and our products and we work hard and play hard (could do with more play!) :)

Building great relationships with our customers and prospective customers! Closing great deals!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its comprehensive! Great healthcare, pensions, commission structure is fair, share options etc.

Can do attitude, willing to try and get things done, focused on our business and doing the best they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Given great tools, invested in people, our culture, trying to remove barriers to success, encouraged to do better, understanding family life and generally supportive to all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest, trying to move company forward. Been a tricky few years with Covid etc, strong culture of empowering people and being clear with our company direction.
