On an individual scale it's great but at a bigger scale we are lacking Product Vision and specific goals that would be clearly communicated. Also, middle management is sometimes a smoke screen and the exec team is disconnected of what's going on in their org.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they seem intentional about reaching out and communicate with employees is probably what I like best
What makes you most happy at work?
My team ! My projects are interested and there's a lot to do. I feel I bring value to my organization

seems to be at market price. I appreciate the wellness benefits this year, hopefully this grows a bit bigger in the future

my team has established a safe working environment, we can express our personal opinions and discuss matters without being too hierarchical about our approach
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm glad you're asking the positive but it'd be interesting to comment on the negative too :) I think it's a positive trait that our culture wants to stay agreeable with each other and foster kindness. But let's not make it "fake" either , like keeping appearances, we should walk the walk too
