company is rolling out many changes but they are not properly communicated. Biz Transformation introduce changes however these changes are done without consulting stake holders and hence affecting people on the ground. Sometime they don't understand the impact before introducing a change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job scope is too wide compared to the same role in other companies in the industry. Hence the compensation has to be adjusted accordingly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are new rules added for selling. Getting approval is slow & inefficient. Changes are rolled out in the company & not properly communicated. Many times these changes are implemented & the team were not informed about it.
