Job scope is too wide compared to the same role in other companies in the industry. Hence the compensation has to be adjusted accordingly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There are new rules added for selling. Getting approval is slow & inefficient. Changes are rolled out in the company & not properly communicated. Many times these changes are implemented & the team were not informed about it.
