I'm thankful for the opportunities given, but I struggle with us acting as if everything was 'ok'. It's not. but we don't talk about it openly. Talend's innovation abilites are non existent, our products are years behind the market, yet it's hard to see how we plan to catch up

collaboration, dedication and team spirit
What is the best part about your compensation package?
OTE for me personally is correct, but a lot of team members are not where they need to be yet. especially if we want to hire A players
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
years of lack of innovation cannot be simply overcome by more marketing and sales, especially since our current user base is very developer centric - yet we don't have much for them currently
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too much changes in too little time, not fully thought through (eg CPQ, SFDC changes, access to data that actually helps making decisions, etc) and we need more people in the leadership team that understand our industry
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nobody has to be afraid that others create traps or are simply mean. however, we're all looking to the leadership team to work WITH us to determine who will Talend be in 2,3,5 or more years. I don't think anybody really knows that answer. Good news: this does not (yet) impact culture negatively
