What is the best part about your compensation package?

Discounts on mobility and home highspeed internet services.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am afforded a lot of autonomy to work on interesting projects that are highly impactful.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is transparent, clear in conveying our direction, and aims to create an inclusive and open workplace culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work on a technical team and most all my coworkers are genuinely interested in continuously developing their skillsets. We all learn and grow together.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Most technical role interviews involve take-home exercises and people are hired based on demonstrated skill/knowledge. This is normal at most tech companies, but it's good that Telus is also practicing this.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Toxic politics are nearly non-existent, in most orgs I've interacted with. Coworkers are positive and open minded/progressive people. CEO is actively promoting 'social capital' ideas and aiming to make Telus a positive contributor to society.
