Leadership needs to be more transparent and honest with employees. Authenticity and a clear sense of direction is lacking.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company needs to address poor morale in specific teams/departments and high turnover rates, rather than ignoring the influx of departures.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base salary across all roles needs to improve to meet the changing market. Stock options should be offered to roles other than director level and above.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More respect and understanding for coworkers working in different time zones. More effective collaboration tools and. Fewer and shorter meetings. Meetings need to have clear objectives and outcomes.
