Mr. Bhaskar Rao has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Tempur Sealy International Inc. Mr. Rao served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Corporate Development at Tempur Sealy International Inc., from February, 2010 to April 2011. Mr. Rao served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Tempur Sealy International Inc. from October 2005 to February 2010. He joined Tempur Pedic International Inc. in January 2004 and served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. From May 2002 to December 2003, He was employed by Ernst & Young LLP and served as its Senior Manager in the assurance and business advisory group. He was employed by Arthur Anderson from 1994 to May 2002, when the Louisville, Kentucky office was acquired by Ernst & Young LLP. He graduated summa cum laude from Bellarmine University with BA degrees in Accounting and Economics. Mr. Rao is also a Certified Public Accountant.
