I have stuck with company throughout the lean times because I had other job to fall back on. during the few layoffs we had here I moved up seniority alot because of the high turnover of employees. Now I am a team leader position in 12yrs

work environment is good when you have good employees that show up
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they do listen to complaints about mill and employees but not much gets going on things to quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we need a higher wage and our benefits package is about ten yrs behind. we gave had the same amount of benefits if not less over the last 12 years I been here
