Reach a better balance of employee's satisfaction with the company's goals. Happy employees make companies more profitable.

Understanding the basic rights of the employees - like treating them with respect and showing appreciation. It should be a give and take relationship instead of a take and take relationship.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees need to be paid a proper wage and benefit package, be properly trained, be given proper access to advancement within the company, and be treated as employees not as assets.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's hard to feel better about receiving a wage that is at last 15% below industry standards while doing the work of 2 people. Perhaps it would make me feel better if I didn't have to do the work of 2 people to earn it.
