What are some of the best things about your team?
Great guys and crew until they break us up constantly and move us around to different crews for no reason
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication first off and when you make a decision, stick with it and not change shutdown or our holidays etc...be honest
What makes you most happy at work?
Putting out quality pipe and interacting with the boys or crew and keeping everyone safe so they can collect an honest paycheck and come back tomorrow until your days off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we are treated like the number we are given with no appreciation for the work and sacrafices we've made since the place opened. It's always production, production, production, instead of the so called safety first and treat your employees like humans
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well when I was interviewed they told me I had the job and would get hold of me in 2 days, that never happened and 2 months later I phoned to see what was up, they forgot about me and said well, come in next week on such n such a day
