What do you like best about the leadership team?

Most of them are intelligent people/

What are some of the best things about your team?

They have years of experience

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They do not reward employees for going above and beyond their scope of work, even when we are understaffed and working longer hours

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Eliminate the assessment centers and ridiculous "tests" and activities. Quicker response time. It should not take 2 MONTHS to hear back. I believe the HR rep who contacted me quit or got fired.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm having a hard time thinking of something positive. I guess it would be that they do care about being the best, although they won't pay the best and therefore do not hire the best people.
