Compensation slightly below competitors, especially for 401k. Otherwise, reasonable.

Very negative environment at this time, due to constant threats of layoffs and major cuts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There has been so much turnover in every level of leadership over the last few years. Its very frustrating and disruptive to be constantly revising our strategy and vision.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company and its remaining employees continue to suffer for the poor, unethical decisions of an extremely small number of people in markets that are no longer in the company. Leadership makes cuts/layoffs largely due to the financial punishments of those few, and we all suffer.
