What do you like best about the leadership team?
Many employees are "lifers" - they begin working at Teradyne and either retire as a Teradyne employee or have longevity in excess of 10 years - that is a testament to the leadership team.

They're generally a group of uncreative technocrats who are stuck with poorly designed software, and poorly integrated IT systems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are treated with dignity and respect; furthermore, the goals and deadlines are reasonable

This is a company that is surprisingly anti-fun. We schedule fun events like "Pumpkin Chunkin" or "Cookouts" or "Holiday Parties," but people either don't show up, or just make a quick appearance and then leave. There are only a few groups that "hang out" at all.

More appreciation for people, perks. The company has a reputation for being "no fun" and stingy.
