Terminix – Terrible, horrible customer service. I can't reach anyone in-charge, and no one will return my calls. Sub-contractor has no contingency plans for when he has staffing problems, so I sit in my house, surrounded by double-bagged items, and am told to wait two weeks before they can get to me.
