What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people who all try to help each other. Minus the branch manager who only interacts with employees during the mandatory branch meeting. Otherwise we never hear from him
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually interview people. I was called by a recruiter and then my interview was less than 5 minutes branch manager just asked if the pay plan was okay and if I wanted to be hourly or production
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My branch has a terrible branch manager, however even with that our service managers do good to provide us with what we need to succeed. Yet our branch manager has never worked in the industry before and only cares about metrics, and apparently doesnt understand customer service very well.
