What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learn to communicate clearly, and hold yourselves accountable for your mistakes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Call Center jobs are remote, and they will pay you something to work for them.....

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It was a Virtual/Remote job, so interaction with co workers was very limited. I really didn't know any of them, and it wasn't my main focus.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop pulling the old bait and switch routine. Tell the truth about what the job really entails, so candidates will know what to expect. In other words, stop lying...

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Terminix is well aware of what's wrong with the company as a whole. "Leadership" will never try to improve anything, and I will not waste my time providing suggestions in regards to such.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Terminix insists on creating angry customers, and forcing employees to try and please them. Also, this company refuses to invest in modern technology, which makes the job more difficult than it has to be. Terminix cares more about Money, and Metrics, than employees and customers.
