Comparable incintives to what Leads make with not much more training or expectations.
They send you home without pay any time they want at the sparks gigafactory. They run maintenance on the lines without paying you and without notice. All of your time off is used for their purposes not the employees.

The amount of hardwork and dedication I bring to the table is overlooked at times. The compansation that goes with it is definately incomparable. The matrix for compansation based on your sales numbers and to achieve that every month is tiresome and difficult. Payscale is baised.

The hard work that we are doing, we feel the compensation is undervalued and we have to be compensated more than we get now .
As a production associate I feel like we do most of the work but get paid the least. If they would focus on the associates that really work and promote more of us we would feel more valued as associates. The compensation only motivates us for so long. We need more to look forward too

I wake up every single day, make sure I am at work on-time and produce quality work. I never call out even with broken bones. I have been undervalued for years taking on 3-4 different job roles. If my work ethic was recognized, my compensation would be fair. I have barely received any stock equity.
