This company needs a core strategy architect at the executive level. Teams duplicate efforts, and vertical management causes a silo mentality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has put the company in free-fall, several core strategy blunders have left the business compromised. It is an extremely stressful work environment.
