Eventhough the environment that we work in is not ideal, I wish people would have more positive things to say and cut out so much negativity.

Underpaid workers and staff. Pay increases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are severely underpaid for the amount of work that we do on a daily basis. I would feel better with an increase in salary.
