What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good people and atmosphere .
The Sgt.s and Lt.s are amazing people, and the Major is really great also. But, after that it just goes downhill. There is so much time spent on things that really don't matter in the overall security of the unit. It's all semantics and paperwork.
The care and attention they have to their staff.

Always paid on time. Had some problems with my insurance being accepted in my hometown a couple of years. They fixed it, eventually, but it created problems.

No tension, just kindness and friendship
Me. I go in with a good attitude. Inmates are moody and angry, some of them. Just try to get through the days.
We pride our selves on reintegration, we do well in that.

Easy down to earth questions
Filled out an application and submitted it to Huntsville. No one on one really.
Mostly wasnt an interview. Was more of test and a check.

Nothing in particular. It was an elementary interview experience as this agency is desperate for employees.
