How employees describe working at The Center for Health Affairs
I am a fully remote employee and feel valued in my position and as an individual. I have never felt like I was a number and easily replaced and am excited to start working every morning.
Overall a positive experience. The work can be hard and leadership has high expectations but your work is rewarded with bonus and raises. Leadership treats you like a person- very understanding when it comes to life and family responsibilities.
I have found CHA/CHAMPS to be the most welcoming of environments. Everyone here wants to see you succeed, and actually will help you to get there. The culture they are building within is unlike any professional environment I have ever been in. They are trying to grow and want employees to grow too.
Great organization. Plenty opportunities to get involved in and learn new skills. Managers care about employees.
Exciting projects to work on. Opportunity to develop and use new skills.
