The health insurance and benefits package is very affordable and is one of the best I have seen in my career.
I feel like I am paid adequately based off of my background, education, and experience. They offer a lot of vacation and personal time so that you don't feel like you're living to work and they want you to utilize it.
The compensation package is clear- there are no mysteries on how my base pay and bonus is calculated. I know other companies that pay more but I believe my pay is fair.
