The sr. leadership team genuinely cares about employees. Employees are part of the decision making process and have a voice in the future of the organization.

They really care about their employees and listen to our questions or concerns, and try to find a solution that will benefit the organization as a whole.

I like that the leadership team is consistently transparent, and genuinely cares about the professional development of their team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health insurance and benefits package is very affordable and is one of the best I have seen in my career.

I feel like I am paid adequately based off of my background, education, and experience. They offer a lot of vacation and personal time so that you don't feel like you're living to work and they want you to utilize it.

The compensation package is clear- there are no mysteries on how my base pay and bonus is calculated. I know other companies that pay more but I believe my pay is fair.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The collaborative nature of our work is the best thing about my team.

The trust and respect amongst my team makes me feel comfortable to be myself and to bring my thoughts to the table as they will be heard.

a group of people you actually enjoy spending time with. Not only do we have fun but we help each other and care about others goals.

We work together and encourage each other, great teamwork

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leadership listens to employee feedback and implements suggestions.

They have corporate events monthly, sometimes more often, where they bring speakers or create an environment that will prosper growth and give you an ability to learn.

Since COVID we're all remote. It's been great! we don't loose our great culture thanks to remote fun events.

The open door policy and opportunity to discuss thoughts and ideas openly.

Everyone is welcoming and always willing to help if you have a question

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that I was authentically myself, stating how my purpose in life wasn't to live to work, but to work to live and my family would always come first. And I still got the job.

Very professional interview process. At the time, I thought it was a tough interview. Now that I'm hear, I see that this organization only wants the best of the best!

Very professional interview process. The panel interview was well prepared asked good, but challenging questions. Made me feel this was an organization I wanted to be a part of.

It was more of a conversation, rather than bombarding with questions
