I like that they aren't just looking out for themselves. They are trying to make the entire organization better as individuals AND professionals.

Accessible. Always there if you have a question or concern.

The sr. leadership team genuinely cares about employees. Employees are part of the decision making process and have a voice in the future of the organization.

They really care about their employees and listen to our questions or concerns, and try to find a solution that will benefit the organization as a whole.
