They avoid hourly employees altogether
Being an actual leader because there are none
They need to focus inthe kitchen! And take came of employers
Everything. Communication is the main thing
Be respectful, be responsible and knows how to handle their people especially worh their problems at work.
Reformatting of scope pf wrols and worksplit, as well as all relevant processess.
Because my peers get more money at other companies. Cheesecake doesn't pay much. The other side of the coin is that I absolutely love what I do and the company.
Full time with benefits and stock options
My compensation is fine the problem is always having to come into an unhealthy work environment
I am never late to work. When I arrive early, I do work that is not assigned to me while off the clock to help out. During the shift, I help out my fellow employees as well as picking up the slack of other jobs that need to be done. Tip out should be based on tips earned, not employee sales.
They need to focus on being helpful to others when in need instead of just doing their job fast and sloppy, and not caring about our fellow coworkers
Work ethic cause its horrible
Adherence to standards. Overall Continuity. I feel like nobody cares what comes out of the kitchen, as long as labor is met.
They need to fix their attitude
Working and not disappearing in the middle of shift
The managers. We meed a whole new manager system.
Managers are unprofessional and disrespectful.
Better management and employees that works and treat all equal.
If management leads by example maybe staff will actually do more with some sense of urgency.
Better managnent (as in their attitude, respect towards staff, fairness, discrete, mannerisms, and disputing favoritism)
Actually interview an vet potential candidates properly. My store is literally taking anyone off the street. And putting the in a chef coat.
The interviewer needs to treat everybody equally
to develop peoples attitude specially managers
Review from Sales Dept
Not Peer pressure on to us
Not do everything through computers some ppl aren't tech savvy or don't have knowledge
Lack of care in the restaraunt very few people actually working and leaving others to do all the work
The current managing staff is just downright disrespectful. New managers should come in
Managers don't care and they are showing favoritism.
Poor training bad very bad attitude lack of respect for customer
Management is overworked & have lack of passion. They let us know how fed up they are to the point where asking them for assistance has become a burden. Bus boys are NOT team players whatsoever! Management needs to promote team work & hold staff responsible. Favorites are definitely played here!
Review from Operations Dept
