Decission making and staffing needs.
Understanding basic human needs. Understanding not everyone wants to work 14 hours a day. Understanding people have lives they want to live outside of work. Understanding that we dont want to work ourselves to death for a barely livable wage.
Properly staff the hotel with employees that are oaid a competitive wage for what they are doing. Give them 2 days off oer werk, not just one day off. Respect Ackniekwge that high turnover is thr oroblem of the owner and his "yes man" and not innocent employees who are being abused & exploited.
Actually running a company properly.
Gainshare and insurance; although benefits could begin prior to 90 days of employment, ideally.

They struggle to come in to work to provide for their families while watching the people at the top make a million more than last year.
Inclusion of ideas, suggestions, and opinions. The management does their 'management' positions; but, also they are one of 'us', as well. They jump right in and help wherever they may be needed; whether moral support, or physical assistance with the job.
Work together as a team
Some people that have been there less time than me think they are in charge of me for some reason. People need to understand that they are not in a position of authority and should not treat others as if they are better than them.

Retain employees by paying them a competitive wahe and give them two consevutibe says off per werk so they can manage their personal life better and get rest.
