Understanding basic human needs. Understanding not everyone wants to work 14 hours a day. Understanding people have lives they want to live outside of work. Understanding that we dont want to work ourselves to death for a barely livable wage.
Properly staff the hotel with employees that are oaid a competitive wage for what they are doing. Give them 2 days off oer werk, not just one day off. Respect Ackniekwge that high turnover is thr oroblem of the owner and his "yes man" and not innocent employees who are being abused & exploited.
