Personal and realistic about expectations within my role. Always focused on work/life balance, ensuring the health and well being of their colleagues
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits aren't abundant but i totally expect that in a smaller company. What the company does offer is the benefit of time, as well as holiday, time to support loved ones, well being etc. should the need arise, which i really appreciate.
