What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love working at Hopkins, its really a wonderful rewarding organization to be a part of as an employee. I have been an employee going over 20 years which is so crazy because im still in the same unit as i was back when I graduated nursing school. I definitely recommend working at Hopkins.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Safe working conditions, adequate staffing and ppe. Hazard pay, bonuses or increases in Compensation for high performing front line staff comensurate with up-trending executive pay (MIA while clinical staff putting license and health at risk for 2 years trying to take care of covid pts.

if we were paid like other medical institutions

The health insurance premiums are increasing, sometimes at a higher rate than the annual merit raise.
