What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

COMMUNICATION. We could work together better if people were less resistant to changes, like corus, and more respectful of their staff.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything. Not sure how it will improve; worked here for years and have yet to see an actual attempt at change, stick.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at making decisions by actually spending time with their employees and open their overpaid eyes to the real issues.
