What did you like most about the interview process?It was an audition, which I excel at.
What are some of the best things about your team?My local team was excellent and took on the brunt of work across three locations, as the others were shut down and inept at their jobs, respectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The local leadership team did the best they could with the inane restrictions placed on them by the Chicago team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get rid of the management in Chicago. Or at least let the Toronto location run itself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Incredibly low pay. Worked there 5 years and made less than the starting wage at many similar establishments. When I asked about a raise, they froze them for two years.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Communication from management, better pay, strong admin & HR teams
