What do you like best about the leadership team?I really like that the Leadership team communicates often with all employees and I feel that the information provided is honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?There are multiple incentives available which is a great thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone understands the value of team work and is very supportive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Work being marketed is a sham. Mostly back-fill at companies where things are very political and problematic. Work is boring and dull.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?CARE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STOP SELLING LIES
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?MyJourney Events are a complete joke and waste of time. Should be a voluntary event. Lots of wasted cash on these programs.
