We handle over thousands of guests in the florida summer heat, rain and hurricane. A lot of our positions are outside and most of us get heat exhaustion or heat stroke. The leadership response is primarily to just drink more water, even though most of us drink 100 oz + a day.

Same pay rate regardless of years worked. Was paid 4.5 minimum wage for same job in 1982...now it's less than 2 times minimum wage.

Compensation is not in alignment with other companies in the industry. Benefits are used as a carrot to balance but those don't equal either.
