She has also held roles at Credit Suisse, driving change across Finance, Technology and Operations, and at Deloitte as a consulting partner.

A strong advocate for diversity, Kirsty was named among the Financial Times top 50 HERoes for Women in 2017 and Financial News 100 most influential women in Finance in 2019.
