ThyssenKrupp Elevator Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive pay and strong bonus

Health care, retirement and pension

Salary. Bonuses and commissions, Paid Time off.

The max out of pocket is very low.

Prescription drug prices and rates

Pension for the day when I retire.

Best health insurance plan you can get and awesome pension and annuity.

Fair pay plus car and fuel

Fair health care and leave

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary for an engineer is dreadful compared to the rest of the uk

The company seems to believe in paying as little as possible and still expects high quality. I am paid poverty level wages in a job with no responsibility but still make more than most people here. It isn't worth it to seek other positions because it would mean a pay cut.
