My company truly cares about their employees. The EC truly cares about their team. Each of them have an open door policy and you are welcome to stop by, call or send a message if you have a concern or just want to chat about something.
Company is very ethical and works to uphold its values. It prides itself on diversity of people and thinking.
Very positive and supportive. There are no "jerks" working here... any that find there way in get walked out the door very quickly.
