Diversity and knowledge amongst some folks is amazing
Resiliency to keep going after leadership failures
Always supportive and always ready to jump in and help when needed. Deep level of expertise.
Teams do their best ieven though they are not valued.

I have a great team, all hard workers and fun to be around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive and supportive. There are no "jerks" working here... any that find there way in get walked out the door very quickly.

Meeting my manager and team members.
