Long tenured employees are rude to new people. I regularly get ignored when requesting information or feedback. Misaligned values and HR sides with leaders
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to put better rules in place to cut out conflict
Document processes, promote asynchronous work, dont micromanage, more transparency, more learership accountability.

Less time, clarity about what you need
