This is the first place where I've been able to truly challenge myself and truly focus on my personal and professional development. The overall autonomy has helped me develop my overall business acumen as well. I find myself being a problem solver in my role and it's exactly what I want.

Innovation is at the forefront of the teams mind as well as the overall vulnerability highlighted by the team. I also really appreciate the candor people bring to each interaction.

We have a fail forward culture. We are allowed to take risks/make big bold bets and if results aren't what we intended them to be, we focus on takeaways and move forward with the idea of being better the next time.
