Mental health days that are different from PTO. Days to allow us to re-set and focus on our mental wellbeing.

I love how diverse and open our company is. To all - as a mother this has been very important to me.

The work we do effects people on a daily basis and I really enjoy that aspect. Seeing the fruits of my labor.

We are truly a team focused on the same goals. It really helps moving forward when our goals are clear and aligned across the company.

We have great benefits, including a stipend for continued education. I try to use this each year as it really helps me grow and provide deeper insight in my role.

I enjoy working in environments where I have an impact and I really feel that I've had and continue to have an impact by making actionable changes in a timely fashion.

We are a diverse group of people. I love working with the team to gain different perspective, and that isn't always the case in other orgs I've worked at, so its refreshing to have that here.
