It is the most exciting space to be working in, there's so much opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is incredible invested in what we are doing so our work is thoughtful and innovative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First and foremost diversity and relevance. The current leadership is primarily men, over 50 who are not in touch with dating. Second, there is very clear lack of transparency in decision making and immense gate keeping. The strategy is based on what two/three execs want to do, not user needs.
